Rapid Transformational Therapy®

with Brooke Deanne

A supportive tool used within a regulated, trauma-informed healing process.

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) is one of the tools I use within private work to support subconscious insight and pattern release.

RTT is not used here for forced breakthroughs, emotional flooding, or rapid transformation.

It is introduced carefully, only when your nervous system is resourced enough to receive it.

Safety comes first.

Always.

What Rapid Transformational Therapy® actually is

RTT is a therapeutic approach that combines elements of hypnosis, subconscious exploration, and guided insight.

In simple terms, it helps access the part of your mind where emotional associations and survival beliefs were formed, often outside conscious awareness.

RTT does not bypass your experience.

It works with your system, not against it.

When used appropriately, it can support awareness, release, and integration of patterns that no longer serve you.

How RTT Is Used in This Work

RTT is never a standalone service in my practice.

It is used:

  • Only within private 1:1 work

  • Only when your nervous system shows readiness

  • Only as part of a larger, paced healing process

RTT is not a shortcut.

It is a support tool.

Before RTT is ever considered, we focus on regulation, safety, and stabilization.

After RTT, we prioritize integration and grounding.

You will never be pushed into this work.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is often sought by women healing from narcissistic abuse, trauma bonding, and religious conditioning where beliefs were formed under fear or control

Why RTT Can Feel Different

RTT can feel different because it engages the subconscious mind rather than relying on insight alone.

However, difference does not mean intensity.

When RTT is used in a regulated container:

  • Emotional material arises at a tolerable pace

  • Insight is paired with safety

  • The nervous system is supported before and after

This is not about reliving trauma.

It’s about understanding it without being overwhelmed by it.

What Happens in an RTT Session

Every session is guided with care and consent.

A typical RTT session may include:

  • A brief grounding and check-in

  • Guided relaxation to support focused awareness

  • Subconscious exploration at a pace your system allows

  • Insight and reframing without force

  • Time for grounding and integration

You remain aware and in control throughout the process.

There is no expectation to relive trauma or access memories you’re not ready for.

What Actually Changes Internally

When RTT is used appropriately, change often looks subtle at first.

Clients may notice:

  • Less emotional charge around old patterns

  • Increased self-compassion

  • A greater sense of internal steadiness

  • New awareness without overwhelm

Change happens through integration, not force.

RTT supports the process.

It does not replace it.

Why This Work Doesn’t Rely on Breakthroughs

Many people experience short-term relief from intense emotional experiences, only to feel destabilized afterward.

That’s because insight without safety doesn’t last.

This work is designed to support lasting change by prioritizing regulation, integration, and nervous system consent.

RTT is not used to create peak experiences.

It’s used to support steady, sustainable healing.

Your Next Step

RTT is not something you decide on your own.

If you’re curious, the next step is a Clarity Call.

This conversation helps determine:

  • Whether RTT is appropriate for you

  • What kind of support your system needs right now

  • Whether working together feels aligned

If RTT isn’t a fit, we’ll explore other supportive options.

You don’t need to rush your healing.

Support is here when you’re ready.
