Private work is designed for women navigating CPTSD, emotional triggers, trauma recovery, and long-term nervous system dysregulation.
This work is slow and steady by design. Sessions are guided by nervous system consent and may include trauma-informed care, somatic and subconscious work, and integration support.
Sessions and packages are discussed after a Clarity Call to ensure alignment.
RTT supports subconscious insight and pattern release, but safety always comes first.
